How to begin...

Step 1:

Call Above and Beyond Pediatric Therapy at 318.423-7536 or email Leslie Lope at llope@beyondpedtherapy.com to set up an evaluation.

Step 2:

Above and Beyond will receive the patient’s information, diagnosis or condition and insurance information.

Step 3:

After verifying the patient's benefit coverage with the insurance provider, you will receive a call to discuss coverage and cost of services. If necessary, Above and Beyond can assist the family in obtaining a referral authorization from the primary care physician.

Step 4:

You will then receive a call to set up an appointment for the initial evaluation.

Step 5:

After the initial evaluation, a therapy course of treatment will be created along with scheduling your therapy sessions.
